I’m Marie, and I founded Thrive because I believe that when people are happy, engaged and supported at work they perform better. That’s not just my thinking, research proves that employee happiness is correlated with better goal achievement, performance and productivity. An inspired employee is three times more productive than a dissatisfied employee.

The world of work is complex, challenging and changing.  As an accredited executive coach, with over 25 years’ experience in learning and organisational development, I know the impact that coaching, and development programmes can have for individuals, teams and organisations. At Thrive, we help organisations build and capitalise on the power and impact of coaching, bringing tried and tested, proven approaches that work, but tailored to their specific needs.
